About me

Formation
Swiss by birth, bi-cultural by heritage due to my parents’ originations in the Czech Republic. Having traveled around much of the globe, from Switzerland to Asia, Australia, the US, and all over Europe, I have developed a keen empathy for people, their needs, behaviors, desires, and cultural dynamics.​
Career
In my recent role as Executive Design Director at IDEO, I drew on my experience of leading ongoing, positive organizational change to help leaders at Fortune 500 companies build products, services, and ventures that disrupt industries and markets.
Prior to joining IDEO, I spent 20 years creating award-winning work in Lifestyle Goods, Future Mobility, Aviation, Human Performance and Healthcare for companies such as Microsoft, Nike, Hewlett-Packard, Boeing, Ford, and Starbucks. I earned my degree at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.​

My career objective is to be part of a world class team that creates and develops innovative services and end-user experiences, and leverage my expertise in design, the R&D process, and creative leadership.

Cooking and anything food related.
